George Ensor is a portfolio manager for both the Liontrust UK Listed Smaller Companies Fund and River UK Micro Cap Ltd. He joined Liontrust following the acquisition of River Global Investors in July 2026. George started his investment management career at River Global Investors in 2014 as a UK Equity Analyst having previously worked at Smith & Williamson Investment Management as a Private Client Investment Manager. George graduated with a degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Mayan Uthayakumar is a portfolio manager for both the Liontrust UK Listed Smaller Companies Fund and River UK Micro Cap Ltd. He joined Liontrust following the acquisition of River Global Investors in July 2026. Mayan joined River Global in 2015 as a UK Equity Analyst having previously worked at Sanford C Bernstein and Goldman Sachs as an equities analyst. Mayan graduated with a degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Oxford and a MSc in Finance from the University of St Andrews.
