Melanie began her career in Financial Services in 2001 after completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology in her home town of Newcastle Upon Tyne. She moved to Surrey and joined Rosan Helmsley in February 2009.

Melanie is Head of our Corporate Department managing our corporate client relationships and in addition, she is responsible for the administrative support to a number of our individual clients. Melanie works closely with the management team and provides a key input into the development of the firms administrative policies and procedures and is also involved in staff training and development. Melanie took on the additional role of Compliance Manager in 2013 and has since been responsible for this function.

Melanie achieved her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in 2013. She also holds the Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice, Certificate in Equity Release, and Award in Long Term Care Insurance. Melanie is working hard to continue her professional development and is striving to achieve the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and with it, Fellowship of the PFS.

Melanie is married with one son and being an online gaming fanatic you’ll find her slaying demons in World of Warcraft or battling enemy champions in League of Legends in her spare time! Melanie is a shark obsessed Master Scuba Diver and enjoys diving in both the UK and abroad. Melanie is also enjoying the challenge of learning the Danish language.
