Kathryn joined the financial services industry in 1995 when she worked at TF Bell & Co in Leicestershire as an administrator. In 1998 she left her hometown to live in London and joined Elliott Bayley looking after personal client administration for two Directors and rising to an assistant management role before leaving the firm at the end of 2001 to join Rosan Helmsley early in 2002.

Kathryn has been instrumental in shaping the support structure and operational systems at Rosan Helmsley and in January 2009 became a Director of the company. Kathryn is responsible for the administration team, our IT requirements for administration support, office management and looking after the administration for a number of the firm’s key clients.

Kathryn is married with two daughters and happily combines her love of wine and shopping!
