Caroline joined Rosan Helmsley in 2010, coming from an art and design background having graduated in Graphic Design from St Martins School of Art, in London.

Caroline is an integral member of our administration team, and her organisational skills aid the smooth running of company events and the office.

Caroline has a passion for all things Horse related and embarks on regular horseback adventures to India riding the Marwari horses of Rajasthan across the Thar Desert, and has become instrumental in promoting this unique breed worldwide by instigating the Bit Donation Scheme.

Caroline has also successfully convened and captained teams from the UK to take part in Endurance competitions within India, as well as organising educational training camps. She is currently the only foreigner qualified to judge the Marwari horse breed under IHSI rules.
